    Worst opticians in Berkhamsted . Their rude, surly receptionist blocked my path from leaving the shop and demanded to search my bag because a pair of glasses had fallen off the shelf and onto the table . She would rather call me a thief than open her eyes and have a good look. The only way I could get out of that awful shop was to do her job and find the glasses for her. If that’s how they treat there customers, I’m amazing they’ve got any
